Blue Lid BBQ is a small husband and wife team based out of Appleton, WI, providing Texas-style Barbecue to the Fox Valley and beyond. All slow-smoked and served with house-made sides and sauces. Book Blue Lid now for your 2026 events, or see upcoming pop-ups below. 

THE FOOD

Specials come and go but some menu items you can always count on. Everything we serve, besides buns, is made in-house. Customized catering menus are available. Menu items may change based on season or availability.
